Requirements for adhesive and pressing

Dyed veneer is prone to cracking, discoloration and other problems in the process of pasting because of dyeing and color changing processing, so it is necessary to use fast-drying high-quality pasting glue to reduce the damage to the veneer.

Special attention should be paid when hot pressing dyeing wood: the time should not be too long, the temperature should not be too high!

It is recommended that you use the glue flexibility is better, in the process of hot pressing and cooling, will not be caused by thermal expansion and contraction or internal stress caused by the glue layer or bark cracking.

At the same time, it should have the characteristics of long opening time, no overflow glue, high temperature resistance, short hot pressing time, no damage to wood bark and high production efficiency.
