Important points to note:

1) Try to avoid 45° Angle (especially on-site Angle), as far as possible to use crabapple corner and side seam technology;

Quality control:

2, the positive Angle of the finished product Angle 100mm to make the groove closing

3, unilateral plate finished back pull groove side groove method

Process control: wall keel → base sealing plate → wood veneer hanging strip → sun corner wood veneer plate → wood veneer panel

Quality control:

① Structural adhesive should be used for wood veneer installation;

② Do not allow the use of nails, blowing agents fixed;

③ The positive corner paint is complete, no color difference wood texture meets the template requirements;

Negative Angle closed

Important points to note:

1) Pay attention to the problem of hollow seam and dry shrinkage seam of wood veneer in shade corner;

2) Cross wood veneer seams to avoid people's normal sight.

For the negative Angle process seam, the process seam should be coated or painted, and the seam depth should be the same as the process seam depth of the large wood finish.

When the shade Angle is closed, the shade Angle should be reinforced with the same thickness as the hanging strip to prevent deformation and warping.
